Buildings We survey stations, depots and buildings for asset management, incident planning, re-development and design purposes. Our deliverables range from simple floor plans to fully featured elevation drawings and service plans in both hard-copy and electronic CAD formats. All survey techniques are available to us and will be chosen according to the purpose and requirements of the survey. Asset management and utilisation requirements might well be satisfied by floor plans using nothing more than a hand held laser Disto and tape. Fully coordinated 3D floor and ceiling plans using reflectorless total stations may be needed where surveys are used for refurbishment, remodelling and extension works. For detailed, ornate or listed elevation drawings we will use our 3D scanners to produce the most accurate surveys possible. Technologies • Digital Levels • Total stations • 3D scanners
