Development All land must be surveyed before development can be planned. As most design is done using CAD software the survey needs to be in a digital format compatible with that package. Moreover, if the designer is to calculate properly the interface between design and existing features then the survey must reflect an accurate digital terrain model. All ABA surveys will fully satisfy these requirements and more with data provided in GENIO, AutoCad or Microstation formats. ABA Surveyors will carry out surveys using the most suitable modern techniques -- robotic total stations, RTK GPS satellites, 3D scanning or aerial photography and sometimes a combination of all four. For each project - because we are not tied to just one method - we can guarantee the most cost effective solution.
