| Elevation Drawings Elevation drawings are a pre-requisite to any change or development of buildings.The purpose of the survey and the complexity of the facade will determine the appropriate method. Visual impact assessment or asset management may be satisfied with a simple scaled photo-montage whereas a serious design will require a properly measured elevation perhaps modelled in 3D. The majority of our building elevation surveys are carried out using non-contact total stations or 3D scanning. Most survey data is delivered in AutoCad although MicroStation is an option.
